		<description>Filipinos just naturally like to sing and dance. This sort of thing is really a part of the inmates' exercise regimen. Here's an article that talks about the idea behind this sort of thing:

It certainly is a different point of view and is quite progressive. In the Philippines, there is also a jail that doesn't have any jail cells and inmates can live with their families. It is in my opinion, the pinnacle of criminal rehab.</description>

In the summer of '97, I went to the movie theater inside the Harrison Plaza shopping mall in Manila expecting to watch The Fifth Element.  Before the feature presentation, they showed Michael Jackson's Ghosts.  That experience was as weird as they come, but not as weird as this performance.</description>
