		<description>...the color of the red underneath the "cropped" part matches the red in the collar...and the red fabric quality matches the navy with the bit of sheen...thus i believe it's used as a windbreaker thingy as opposed to being an actual cropped jacket. furthermore, upon closer examination, there is a seam line about 3 inches above the navy line where the two colors separate (notice a tad of puckering on the blue implying stiches...) so, i guess he's ok in that area.
as for the short sleeves...there might have been a detachable sleeve or it's just cut that way....i have no clue.
