I had a great sandwich for lunch. Tippy and I made it in homage to the Mr. Pickles sandwiches.

Dutch Crunch Bread
Homemade Spinach and Garlic Pesto
Sharp Cheddar
Roast Beef (or Turkey)
Lettuce
Mustard
Pepperocinis
Pickles
